Below is the 2025 lodging information from the prior site (legacy.nwyr.org), Ruby River Hotel, Spokane, October 17–18.
2025 conference hotel
Conference activities and accommodations were arranged at the Ruby River Hotel, 700 N Division, Spokane, Washington. Reservations at the guaranteed group rates were accepted through Tuesday, September 16, 2025 (after that date, rooms might still be available but were not guaranteed). The 2025 conference has concluded; this page is kept as a reference for travelers and committees planning ahead.
The chart shows room types and rates that were in the group block. A $25 voucher per room occupant was included.

Making reservations (2025)
Each guest made their own reservation by phone (or the hotel group link when offered):

- Rate cutoff: Tuesday, September 16, 2025
- Reservations had to be guaranteed with a first-night deposit or a major credit card.
- Guests paid for their own room and incidentals.
- Deposits were refunded or credited only if notice was received 24 hours before arrival, with a cancellation number from the hotel.
- Incidental charges were each guest's responsibility.
- At check-in, guests left a valid credit card or a $50.00 cash deposit with the hotel.
- Bookings outside the group block might not receive conference rates.

When the committee opens the next block, this page will list the hotel name, group code, phone, online booking link, and cutoff date.
